One of the most photogenic castle in Scotland, Eilean Donnan castle is located in Lock Duich in the highlands of Scotland. The castle is located in a small island and is connected to the mainland by a footbridge. We stopped by this island while following a backpacker trip in Scotland highlands.

Eilean Donnan is located on the western highlands. On a clear day, you could probably see Isle of Skye but during my visit it was quite cloudy.

Hairy Coo is a famous Scottish breed highland cattle. A very unique cow with their long hairs to protect them during winter.

Glen Coe is one of the most beautiful place in Scotland. Many have climbed up high just to take a magnificent and grand view from the top. The backpacker bus that i followed stopped by this magnificent glen for a rest and the stream is just at the roadside.

I wish i could climb up high to take the whole view of Glen Coe but we were there for only 15-20 minutes. This is a place you must visit play game and when you go to Scotland Highlands.
